IT Students Attend Miami Emerge Trade Show
Fund II Academy of IT students attended the annual conference of eMerge Americas at the Miami Beach Convention Center held on April 20-21, 2022. Keynote speakers included Serena Williams, Alexis Ohanian, Pitbull and many other top leaders in the IT world. STEM Advisory Board Chair Carlos Vazquez sponsored the students.
SWM Finance Lead Awarded NAF Prize
Mrs. Doristine Williams was presented with the NAF Janet Linton National Award at the NAF NEXT conference, July 13th in Dallas, Texas. Mrs. Williams is the Lead Teacher of the Distinguished NAF Academy of Finance at Southwest Miami Senior High.

Students Excel in Drone Competition at 2022 Youth Fair
At this year's Youth Fair competitions, we saw a nail-biting race to see which student could use their jarring drone skills to maneuver around an elaborate obstacle course filled with loops, turns, and dives in hopes of getting the fastest time.
