“Please join us in congratulating our Aspen Challenge team for winning 1st place and a combined $20,000 cash prize, awarded during a ceremony at FIU on April 14, 2022. The championship team was coached by Mr. Cox and Mr. Khan, and consisted of NAF Academy students: Alexa Toribio, Diago Gomez, Janaysa Dorcin, Joanna Noel, Rachard King, Samuel Jeanpierre, Selin Ravelo and Seth Brown. In addition to their cash prizes, FIU also awarded these students $2,500 annual scholarships for 4 years. for a total of $10,000.305daycares.org to help families find affordable childcare, and will be traveling to Aspen, Colorado this summer on an All-Expense paid trip to present their work. The challengers had 8 weeks to develop a tool to connect poor families to existing resources in Miami. They competed against 18 other high schools in Miami Dade county. Our American Patriots created the websiteWebsite: 305daycares.org
