Redland Middle took first place in the Cambridge Academy STEAM Bowl on Saturday, Nov. 4, 2017 beating eight other teams including Palmetto Middle, Jorge Mas Canosa Middle, Coconut Palm, Pescoe, and Air Base. The students that competed had to design and engineer a structure for a particular purpose, compete in a 20 question quiz bowl consisting of difficult math and science questions, and also perform a skit.
