Schools in the Miami-Dade district involved their students in The Education Fund’s A Taste of Education event which gave them the opportunity to experience the life of a chef . The students were also able to have the dishes they created judged by local chefs and volunteers. The dish Spinach and Boursin Stuffed Chicken Breast created by the culinary team at Robert Morgan Education Center was deemed “A tasteful and healthy recipe” which won the title Best Overall by the judges.Winning culinary  teams received prizes and participating schools receive grants for new cookware (see chart of winners below).
