The Ramtech robotics Team won the Rocket City Regional Tournament in Huntsville, Alabama. This is the team’s first win at a FIRST® Robotics regional tournament.
The Ramtech student team also earned the Autonomous Award sponsored by Ford, which celebrates the team that has demonstrated consistent, reliable, high-performance robot operation during autonomously managed actions. Evaluation is based on robot’s ability to sense its surroundings, position itself or onboard mechanism appropriately, and execute tasks.
Robot Number 59 red bumper, the first 15 seconds of the match is in autonomous mode of operation, the next portion the robot is operated remotely by the student which includes required element of robot high bar climb.
